Yes, we do require a credit card on file for our cancellation policy. We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 48 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 48 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist/service technician and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 40% of the original service fee, plus the standard 2.75% credit card fee if you give between a 24-48 hour notice. If we receive a less than 24 hour notice of your cancellation request, you will be charged 80% of the original service fee, plus the standard 2.75% credit card fee. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur. We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inappropriate times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

We recommend receiving therapeutic massage every 2-4 weeks. If you are interested in receiving regular massages, we recommend booking a massage session and then speaking with one of our trained, professional massage therapists afterward who can provide you with a customized recommendation to suit your specific needs. We also offer monthly massage memberships for those who want to receive regular massages at a discounted price.

We recommend receiving facials every 4-6 weeks. If you are interested in receiving regular facials, we recommend booking a facial session and then speaking with one of our trained, professional estheticians afterward who can provide you with a customized recommendation to suit your specific needs.

We recommend receiving manicures every 2-3 weeks and pedicures every 4 weeks. If you are interested in receiving regular nail services, we recommendation booking a nail service with one of our trained, professional nail technicians afterward who can provide you with a customized recommendation to suit your specific needs.

Yes, we do offer couples massage! However, due to short staffing, we are not able to offer online booking for these sessions. You must call us at (865) 266-5620 or submit a website form below to request a couples massage; please include the day and time you are inquiring about (or a range of options based on your availability) and we will get back to you as soon as possible with our availability!

Yes! However, there is a travel fee and a deposit required for onsite appointments.
